Programme Management
With extensive experience in project management, I have successfully managed the Enterprise Compliance programme's Project Management Office, overseeing anti-bribery, corruption, and third-party oversight programmes. I have led major organizational change projects at both site and global levels, encompassing diagnosis, design planning, implementation, and change management. Additionally, I spearheaded a value stream implementation project for a complex multi-site global supply chain, achieving over £20M in cost savings and receiving accolades from both the manufacturing president and the company’s CEO.
Change Managment
With extensive experience in facilitating workshops both face-to-face and virtually, I have mapped global processes in the pharmaceutical and finance sectors. As an accredited internal change management consultant, I have designed and led numerous workshops from the shop floor to senior management, covering areas such as value stream mapping, production line efficiency, risk and control, audit footprint design, strategy deployment, and performance management. I have also designed and delivered comprehensive change management training courses, coaching attendees to gain accreditation. Additionally, as the head of Enterprise Compliance programmes, I led the strategy deployment process for the Global Ethics and Compliance leadership team, defining the team's mission, vision, and goals, and developing a roadmap to achieve them.
Compliance and Third Party Risk Management
I have extensive experience in third-party risk management, having successfully directed and implemented TPRM managed services and frameworks at global financial institutions, insurance companies, and professional services organizations. My roles have included designing risk frameworks, IT system implementation, business launches, and providing post-implementation support. I have led benchmarking exercises to develop future state operating models, developed internal control frameworks for pharmaceutical organizations, and facilitated process simplification workshops in China. Additionally, I have closely collaborated with senior executives in UK retail banks and other industries to deliver strategic and compliant risk management solutions.
