- Predecessors: A list of predecessors to the task which is used to determine the earliest start date.
- Owner: The individual or team responsible for carrying out the action. This ensures clear ownership and accountability.
- Resources: A list of resources to support execution of the task
- Notes: Additional notes or comments related to the action item, such as updates on progress, challenges encountered, or any other relevant information.
