  2. Created: A timestamp of when the Stakeholder was first identified.
  3. Category: Action category to allow filtering on Stakeholder types.
  4. Stakeholder: The name of the stakeholder.
  5. Role: The role of the stakeholder with respect tot he programme.
  6. Purpose and Impact: The purpose and impact of the stakeholder to the programme.
  7. Stakeholder manager: The name of the programme member who is responsible for managing the stakeholder.
  8. Level of Power: The level of power the stakeholders has within the organisation.
  9. Level of Interest: The level of interest the stakeholder has towards the programme.
  10. Current Status: The current status of the stakeholder (e.g. Advocate, Neutral, Critic).
  11. Desired Status: The desired status of the stakeholder (e.g. Advocate, Neutral, Critic).
  12. Action: Detail of any action required associated to manage the stakeholder.
  13. Update: An update on the progress of the stakeholder actions or additional notes or comments related to the action item, such as updates on progress, challenges encountered, or any other relevant information.
